After our consultation, we’ll text or email your proposal. Then you can select the options you want in our online quote, submit your deposit, and lock in your spot on our schedule.
We start installing our commercial displays and HOA entrances in September. Our residential projects get started in October. We make a second visit in November to hang wreaths, garland, set timers, and plug everything in.
Maintenance is provided throughout the entire season. When storms, landscapers or rodents damage our lights and wires, we fix everything within 24-hours.

No two homes on our schedule look the same. Before we install a single bulb, Katie and Peter O’Flinn walk your property to understand the architecture, the landscaping, and what you want guests to see when they pull into your driveway.
From there we build a layout specific to your home. Custom-cut roofline lighting follows the exact pitch and length of your roofline. Palm tree wraps are measured to the height and trunk diameter of each tree. Grand entrance garland is fitted to your columns, gates, or front door frame. Every element is sized and placed for your property, not pulled from a generic package.
This is also why we can execute displays that go far beyond traditional red and green. Homeowners in Naples Bay and Bonita Bay have requested full color-change setups that shift from Halloween orange and purple through to warm Christmas tones and finish with clear white for New Year’s Eve.
